Elizabeth Scavetta Memorial Teen Short Story
Caledon Public Library is honoured to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the Elizabeth Scavetta Memorial Teen Short Story contest. This contest was named in memory of Elizabeth Scavetta , a promising, gifted young writer who placed first in the inaugural Caledon Public Library Teen Short Story Contest in 2003. Short story submissions will be accepted from September 15, 2018 - March 16, 2019.
Age: 13 - 17 years
Format: type-written, double spaced, clean copy with no identifying marks/or name of submission
Limit: 2 entries per entrant
Submission: Word format emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org (no hardcopy will be accepted)
Maximum: 1500 words with word count noted on last page (words included to be title, headings and all words that make up body of the story)
a completed Contest Entry Form (now being updated and available soon) must accompany each entry
