Comic Expo Cosplayer Application

Thank you for your interest! This application is for Cosplayers seeking to be a VOLUNTEER Cosplayer at Caledon Public Library's Comic Expo on Saturday, May 2 from 10am to 2pm. We anticipate 300+ guests, predominantly families with children.

We welcome Cosplayers of all backgrounds, genres, and areas of expertise to apply. This is family-friendly event, and all costumes must be suitable for a general audience.

The general guidelines are to interact with participants, and to take photos. No solicitation is permitted, if you are interested in selling prints or photos, please sign up as vendor.

Photos and videos will be taken at the event and used by Caledon Public Library for promotional purposes as required.

Please provide any Cosplay social media channels, website or you tube build videos. If you don't have any, you may be asked for a photo of your Cosplay.
