Our branches may be closed, but our Digital Library is always available 24/7.

2026 Holiday Closures

New Year’s Day – Thursday, January 1, 2026
Family Day – Sunday, February 15 & Monday, February 16 (Caledon East & Southfields Village are open Monday, February 16, 10am-2pm for family activities. Visit our calendar for more details).
Easter – Friday, April 3; Sunday, April 5; & Monday, April 6
Victoria Day – Sunday, May 17 & Monday, May 18
Tractor Pull – Friday, June 26 (Albion Bolton Branch only)
Canada Day – Wednesday, July 1
Civic Holiday – Sunday, August 2 & Monday, August 3
Labour Day – Sunday, September 6 & Monday, September 7
Staff Development Day – Friday, September 25 (Albion Bolton Branch is also closed September 26 and 27 for the Bolton Fall Fair).
Thanksgiving – Sunday, October 11 & Monday, October 12
Winter holidays – Thursday, December 24; Friday, December 25; Saturday, December 26 & Thursday, December 31
New Year’s Day – Friday, January 1, 2027
