Let’s Connect

The Library Board is responsible for governing the Library in accordance with the Ontario Public Libraries Act. We are eager to engage and align with Council so that we can work in tandem to meet community needs.

We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to:

  • share the Library’s role in fueling an informed, inspired and connected Caledon;
  • discuss the Board’s governance responsibilities and relationship with Town Council;
  • highlight current priorities, opportunities, and future service needs; and
  • answer any questions you may have about the Library and its contributions to Caledon.

Whether you are an incumbent or a first-time candidate, we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to better understand the important role public libraries play in strengthening communities and enhancing quality of life.
