1. If elected to Council, what would be your top priority, and how will you address it?

Cosimo Napoli: If re-elected, my priority is to continue building a safer, stronger and more complete Bolton. I will address illegal trucking and inappropriate land uses; Town enforcement has reduced known illegal operations from approximately 300 to fewer than 100. I will advocate for Bill 119 and stronger enforcement tools, manage growth so infrastructure keeps pace, and improve traffic flow and road safety. I will continue revitalizing Downtown Bolton, building on the Humber River Centre and the OPP substation motion I introduced. I will support residents, businesses and community organizations, remain accessible, and carefully review spending to protect services and keep tax increases reasonable.

Carmela Palkowski: If elected, my top priority will be Road safety, making sure illegal truck yards are dealt with, ensuring more youth, senior programs are readily and affordable and responsible growth/infrastructure is being achieved.

2. How have your education, skills and experiences prepared you for the role of Councillor?

Cosimo Napoli: More than 40 years as a business owner in the security industry has taught me responsibility, accountability, budgeting, customer service and long-term planning. Helping customers protect their homes and businesses has strengthened my ability to listen, solve problems and provide dependable service. My electronics engineering education helps me understand technical information from engineers and other professionals, ask informed questions and explain complex matters clearly. Together with my Council experience and commitment to public service, this background has prepared me to represent Ward 6 effectively and make sound decisions for Caledon.

Carmela Palkowski: I spent over a decade in retail Management across the Country and Project Management. Also running a successful NFP Community Road safety advocacy group in Caledon advocating to every level of government- attracting attention at the Federal government. The Caledon Community Road Safety Advocacy Group testified Federally at the standing committee for the changing landscape of Truck driving in Canada. The advocacy was for awareness and push for change on what’s being allowed in our communities.

3. How does the use of Strong Mayor Powers impact the role of Council? How will you move your priorities forward in a Strong Mayor environment?

Cosimo Napoli: Strong Mayor Powers give the Mayor additional authority in certain municipal matters, but Council remains essential to representing residents, debating priorities and making accountable decisions. I will advance Ward 6 priorities by listening closely to constituents, presenting well-supported proposals and working constructively with the Mayor, Council and Town staff. Regardless of the governance framework, my approach will remain focused on collaboration, transparency, accountability and practical results for Bolton and Caledon.

Carmela Palkowski: I do NOT believe in strong Mayor powers. The decision to use them by a Mayor is totally undemocratic. In an environment where Strong mayor powers is present, it is up to a Ward Councillor to stand by his/her constituents and advocate together for their needs. If councillors do not speak up for their residents in this environment, they are not speaking up for the residents- which is what they’ve been elected to do.

4. How will you balance the needs of your own ward(s) with the needs of the Town as a whole?

Cosimo Napoli: I will represent Ward 6 strongly while considering the effect of every decision on Caledon as a whole. All wards need safe roads, reliable infrastructure, responsible growth and quality municipal services, but each community also has distinct circumstances. I will listen to residents, review the evidence and work collaboratively with Council to develop fair, practical solutions. A strong Bolton strengthens Caledon, while Town-wide decisions must recognize and respond to the individual needs of every community.

Carmela Palkowski: As a Director of the CCRSA, I have been involved in discussing and working with other wards on each of their needs. Caledon is a large Town, the needs of one side are totally different than the other- it’s the understanding of what is required on each side of the Town that makes a Council work unified. A divided Council does not understand the differences and ultimately- nobody gets what they really need. Unified councils work for the Town. If the Council is divided- the residents are divided. That is what is happening in present Council.

5. How will you balance maintaining affordable property taxes while investing in the services and infrastructure residents rely on?

Cosimo Napoli: Residents rely on safe roads, reliable infrastructure, parks, community centres, fire protection and emergency services, particularly as Caledon grows. These essentials must be properly funded. I will support disciplined budgeting by carefully reviewing every expenditure, prioritizing necessary services and infrastructure, and deferring items that can reasonably wait without affecting service levels. I will ask whether each expense is necessary, provides good value and has a more cost-effective alternative. My goal is to protect essential services while avoiding unnecessary spending and keeping tax increases reasonable.

Carmela Palkowski: Budgeting- I learned to budget very well during my Retail Category Management career. Plan for 2-3-5 year plans. Polling residents on what are the priorities of the ward. Working with staff on Federal and Provincial grants and programs for the Town WITHOUT sacrificing our environment.

6. How will you manage growth while protecting Caledon’s agricultural lands, natural environment and water table?

Cosimo Napoli: Approximately 80% of Caledon is protected by environmental and agricultural policies, with growth directed mainly to designated settlement areas. I will protect this balance by ensuring proposals undergo rigorous planning and technical review, including environmental, hydrogeological, water-balance, stormwater, servicing, agricultural and traffic studies where required. I will work with Town staff, conservation authorities, developers and residents so growth occurs in appropriate locations, infrastructure keeps pace, and impacts on farmland, natural features and the water table are fully studied and addressed before approval.

Carmela Palkowski: Unfortunately, growth has been mandated but giving developers the power to plan without having input is not the answer. Discussions with developers have to be clear. Regulations need to be met. If Municipalities don’t have the power to regulate- advocate to the Province- I would be firm and be known as a Councillor who speaks up to environmental damage during the process.

7. How will you keep residents informed and engaged, ensuring transparency and accountability at Town Hall?

Cosimo Napoli: Transparency requires accessible information, meaningful public participation and clear explanations. Residents can review agendas and reports online, watch Council meetings, delegate to Council, and participate in statutory planning meetings and community open houses. I will remain accessible by telephone, email, social media and in-person meetings, while providing timely updates and clearly explaining decisions. Residents should understand what is being considered, how they can provide input, how their concerns were addressed and why Council reached its decision.

Carmela Palkowski: I will create Regular informational videos, posts on social media (all platforms), newsletters, quarterly open house meetings. Communication is currently lacking. Residents are busy working, commuting, raising children, taking care of parents, extracurricular activities, homework- they do not have time to dig into the Town and Region websites for projects. Short, extensive information is IMPERATIVE to keep residents engaged for transparency.

8. What is one challenge facing Caledon that you believe deserves more attention? How will you move this forward?

Cosimo Napoli: Caledon faces several interconnected challenges that deserve sustained attention, including community safety, illegal land uses, traffic congestion, road conditions, infrastructure pressures, responsible growth and affordability. I will move these priorities forward by listening to residents, working closely with Town staff and Council, and advocating to provincial and federal governments for the funding and legislative tools Caledon needs. My approach will be practical and accountable: establish clear priorities, review the evidence, take action, measure results and report progress to residents.

Carmela Palkowski: The most challenging issue I believe is residents safety and infrastructure with the growth planned for Caledon. Continuously advocating to the higher levels of government to protect the Municipality is imperative for the next term of Council.

9. How will residents know whether you have been successful at the end of your four-year term?

Cosimo Napoli: Residents should measure my success through improvements they can see and experience, not simply promises. Progress should be evident in reducing illegal trucking, improving roads and traffic safety, aligning infrastructure with growth, revitalizing Downtown Bolton, strengthening community safety and supporting seniors, families, businesses and community organizations. Residents should also feel that I remained accessible, listened, communicated openly and followed through. If Bolton is safer, stronger and better connected, with finances responsibly managed, I will consider the term successful.

10. Is there anything else that you would like voters to know about you or your priorities for Caledon?

Cosimo Napoli: My priority is to help move Caledon forward as a complete community where people can live, work, raise families, operate successful businesses and feel safe. I bring more than 40 years of business experience, technical knowledge, Council experience and a strong commitment to customer service. I believe elected representatives must remain accessible, listen carefully and follow through on their commitments. My name is Cosimo Napoli, and I am seeking re-election as Area Councillor for Ward 6, Bolton. I would be honoured to continue serving residents and building on our progress together.

Carmela Palkowski: I would like the voters to know that as a community activist for the past 2 years, I have consistently been present for the residents of Bolton and Caledon as a whole. I will be present, vocal and passionate for their safety, needs and concerns. I will not take this position as a part time position. At this point in Caledon’s history, we need FULL time elected officials who are present in and around our communities looking at how to keep our residents heard. Saying that, we have a fabulous community! Continuing our fun regular events in town, supporting organizations doing great work, local businesses, Youth and senior programs will also remain top priority for our community.

1. If elected to Council, what would be your top priority, and how will you address it?

Anthony Caputo: My top priority would be managing growth responsibly while protecting the quality of life in Bolton Ward 5. Growth must be matched with the roads, traffic solutions, infrastructure, parks and services our community needs. If elected, I will advocate for responsible development, careful management of taxpayers’ dollars, and practical solutions to congestion and infrastructure pressures. Most importantly, I will listen to residents, keep them informed, and ensure their voices are heard in Council decisions. My goal is smart growth, responsible spending, and a stronger Bolton.

Diana Mollicone: Truck traffic – both illegal land use and the pressure growth is putting on our roads. Warehousing and logistics have grown quickly, but our infrastructure hasn’t kept pace. I’ll push to get critical road upgrades moving faster while continuing to strengthen enforcement against illegal operators. That means using every tool available to the Town, including entrance blocking and administrative penalties that don’t require us to wait years for a court outcome.

2. How have your education, skills and experiences prepared you for the role of Councillor?

Anthony Caputo: My education, professional experience, and involvement in the community have prepared me to understand complex issues, evaluate information, and make practical, responsible decisions. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to listen to different perspectives and find common ground. I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility, accountable governance, and planning for sustainable growth. As Area Councillor, I would bring a practical, collaborative approach focused on representing residents and delivering results.

Diana Mollicone: I’m a Professional Engineer with a Master’s degree and 10 years of experience managing design-build and construction projects. I’m used to solving problems, managing resources (internal and third-party), working under pressure and figuring out how to actually get things done. Owning Coffee Time has taught me a completely different side of leadership – employees, customers, budgets and community. I think combination will give Caledon a unique perspective at the table.

Anthony Caputo: Strong Mayor Powers change how decisions are made, but Council remains essential in representing residents, providing oversight, and holding municipal leadership accountable. I would use my role to ensure my constituents’ priorities are heard early and consistently. By building strong working relationships with the Mayor, Council, staff, and community, I would advocate for practical solutions on issues such as responsible growth, infrastructure, roads, services, and community safety. Strong Mayor Powers make collaboration and accountability even more important, not less. My commitment is to listen, advocate, and deliver results for the residents I represent.

I’ll keep Bolton’s needs front and centre, come prepared with facts and workable solutions, and do the work needed to build support around the Council table.

4. How will you balance the needs of your own ward(s) with the needs of the Town as a whole?

Anthony Caputo: My responsibility is to represent my ward while recognizing that every decision affects the Town as a whole. I would listen closely to local concerns and advocate strongly for my constituents, while evaluating each issue through the lens of fairness, long-term sustainability, and the broader community interest. I believe strong municipalities are built through collaboration, not competing interests. My goal would be to find practical solutions that address local needs while strengthening Caledon as a whole.

Diana Mollicone: Different areas of Caledon have different priorities, and they all deserve attention. Illegal truck yards may be concentrated around Bolton, but those trucks travel Highway 10 and on roads across the Town. Ward 5 is also the most densely populated and home to a significant share of Caledon’s business community. Supporting its infrastructure and economy benefits all of Caledon. I intend to bring that same perspective to issues affecting every ward.

5. How will you balance maintaining affordable property taxes while investing in the services and infrastructure residents rely on?

Anthony Caputo: I believe residents deserve both responsible property taxes and reliable municipal services. I would prioritize essential services, infrastructure, and long-term asset management while ensuring every tax dollar is spent efficiently. That means reviewing spending, identifying savings, seeking appropriate grants and partnerships, and prioritizing projects based on need and value. Growth should also help pay for the infrastructure it requires. My approach would be fiscally responsible, transparent, and focused on delivering the best value for residents.

Diana Mollicone: Keeping taxes affordable doesn’t have to mean cutting services. It means spending smarter. I’ll prioritize infrastructure based on actual need, chase every available dollar from other levels of government and make sure growth pays its fair share instead of leaving existing residents with the bill. We also need to support and grow our commercial tax base. I run a “2$ drip coffee” business – I know you can’t spend money you don’t have.

6. How will you manage growth while protecting Caledon’s agricultural lands, natural environment and water table?

Anthony Caputo: Caledon’s growth must be carefully planned, sustainable, and respectful of what makes our community unique. I would support responsible development in appropriate areas while protecting prime agricultural lands, natural heritage, and our water resources. New growth must be supported by proper infrastructure and should not place unnecessary pressure on existing residents or the environment. I would advocate for evidence-based planning, strong environmental protections, and meaningful community input to ensure growth strengthens Caledon without compromising the land and resources future generations depend on.

Diana Mollicone: We know growth is coming, so I’ll push to direct growth toward already planned settlement areas, protect prime agricultural lands and sensitive natural areas, and implement phasing so development doesn’t outpace roads, water, wastewater and other critical infrastructure. I’ll also push for stronger consideration of groundwater and surrounding impacts when major developments are reviewed.

7. How will you keep residents informed and engaged, ensuring transparency and accountability at Town Hall?

Anthony Caputo: I believe residents deserve clear, timely information and meaningful opportunities to be heard. I would provide regular updates on Council decisions, spending, projects, and issues affecting our community, while making myself accessible through community meetings, email, and other channels. I would encourage residents to ask questions, share concerns, and participate before major decisions are made. Transparency also means being accountable for my decisions and clearly explaining both what we can accomplish and where challenges remain.

Diana Mollicone: I’ll use social media to break down important Town decisions into plain language and hold local town halls where people can actually ask questions comfortably. Residents may not always agree with every decision I make, but they deserve to understand how I got there, feel like they were heard and know they can reach me.

8. What is one challenge facing Caledon that you believe deserves more attention? How will you move this forward?

Anthony Caputo: One challenge that deserves more attention is ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with Caledon’s rapid growth. Roads, water, wastewater, recreation, and other services must grow alongside our communities. I would push for better long-term planning, clear infrastructure priorities, and development that pays its fair share of growth-related costs. I would also work with the Region and other levels of government to secure funding and accelerate projects. Growth should bring opportunity, but it must be supported by the infrastructure residents need today and in the future.

Diana Mollicone: Our youth. We talk a lot about building communities for families, but there isn’t enough here for kids once they get older, and finding that first job is getting harder. I’ve hired 31 local youth in five years at Coffee Time, and many have come back for multiple summers or stayed while pursuing other careers. I’d like to see Caledon do more with co-op, mentorship and job-ready skills while connecting willing local employers with young people looking for that first opportunity.

9. How will residents know whether you have been successful at the end of your four-year term?

Anthony Caputo: Residents should judge me by results, not promises. At the end of four years, I want residents to see progress on infrastructure, responsible growth, roads, services, fiscal responsibility, and protecting Caledon’s character. They should also be able to say that I was accessible, listened to their concerns, communicated openly, and followed through. I would provide regular updates on priorities and decisions so residents can measure my performance for themselves. Success means making Caledon stronger while delivering value for taxpayers.

Diana Mollicone: Don’t judge me by what I promise in 2026. Judge me by what I can show you in 2030. I want residents to be able to point to things that are genuinely better, but I also want to be held accountable to what I didn’t accomplish. I don’t think success is measured by how many motions I bring forward. It’s whether Ward 5 residents feel better served at the end of four years than they did at the beginning.

Anthony Caputo: I am committed to putting residents first and making decisions based on what is best for Caledon today and for future generations. I believe in listening, working collaboratively, and being accountable for results. I will bring a practical, common-sense approach to Council and work hard to ensure Caledon remains a great place to live, work, raise a family, and build a future.

Paul Parete: Beyond managing roads and budgets, our truest test on Council is leaving Caledon stronger than we found it. We can’t do that if civic leadership remains exclusive to the present generation.

I challenge every member of Council to commit to mentoring and engaging our youth—the next generation of community leaders. Drawing on my 25 years as a public servant, resident, and youth sports volunteer, I will bridge this gap in Ward 4 by:

In this environment, I will move my priorities forward by listening to our community, working collaboratively, asking thoughtful questions, and advocating for responsible decisions and resources. Even when authority is limited, a Trustee can still communicate, advocate and build relationships. I believe candidates need to be candid about that reality. A trustee should not promise authority they do not have. My experience in school leadership and provincial education has taught me how to work effectively within complex systems.

As our communities expand, we must plan ahead for school capacity, resources, transportation and programming so students are not left waiting for solutions. I will advocate for Caledon’s needs at the board level, listen closely to families and school communities, and work collaboratively with the Board, Province and Town. Growth should never come at the expense of a student’s opportunity to learn and thrive.

Tom Sweeney: My top priority is to first address the common issues experienced and reported by Ward 1 residents. I will collaborate with council to find “outside the box” solutions to our lack of services such as recreation facilities. I will join council to strongly advocate to the province against the approval of the blasting quarry threatening the Cataract and Alton.

Tom Sweeney: My life experience has been quite varied. My B.A. in History/Philosophy started me off in my career with an ability to understand the perspectives of both sides of any issue. This was helpful later in my logistics career as an operations manager when dealing with a high stress environment, and allowed me to boil things down to root causes and find solutions quickly. As the owner of a masonry repair and restoration company since 2005 I have gained valuable insight into the construction industry, business ownership and customer service. My 16 years with the Caledon Lions Club has given me deep insight into our community and how to deliver what they need. I am ready to serve Ward 1.

3. How does the use of Strong Mayor Powers impact the role of Council? How will you move your priorities forward in a Strong Mayor environment?

Kate Hepworth: Strong Mayor Powers doesn’t impact the role of Council, it destroys it. When the ability of a councillor is eliminated then they are not able to speak for the residents.

Tom Sweeney: I believe that the use of Strong Mayor Powers are inherently undemocratic and should not be used in our town full stop. Unfortunately the Strong Mayor power exists. In the Strong Mayor environment I will work with council to hopefully guide the Mayor’s actions to remain in line with the communities wishes. As was seen in some instances public outcry and pressure from the community was able to overcome misguided actions by a Strong Mayor.

4. How will you balance the needs of your own ward(s) with the needs of the Town as a whole?

Kate Hepworth: While each ward brings it’s own issues, each councillor will certainly advocate for their residents, however, when so many topics overlap, business, traffic, development for example then councillors need to discuss each others issues. While I understand all councillors cannot be in the same room at the same time outside of chambers (otherwise it is considered a quorum) I would hope that councillors could attend various community meetings in each others Wards and listen, so much can be learned from listening.

We are few in number, but bear the burden of many challenges for the Town of Caledon. Ward 1 hosts most of the aggregate extraction with the associated trucks, ruined roads and dangerous traffic. We also host most of the trailways and associated day-trippers and tourists. I recognize that each ward has varying requirements that we might not share with them and we need to help accommodate if it is in the best interest of the rest of Caledon, and if it will help Ward 1 achieve their goals.

Kate Hepworth: Current residents cannot take on the cost of residents of the future, it’s a simple fact that todays dollar does not buy as much as it once did. I would ask that the Town reconsider just how much warehousing and logistics we need. How much do these massive structures actually contribute to the tax base? Who currently pays their fair share into the tax base? We know it isn’t aggregate. This question is complex to answer in 700 characters.

Tom Sweeney: Yes, Caledon is growing, no it is not a city yet, and its budget should reflect that. The Town of Caledon has massive changes coming, and it may have massive budget short-falls coming. With the downloading of the Regional Roads cost on Caledon with no funding reported we have an issue. The Town has reported on February 4th that a 3-year-old study confirms that we need $80 million to run the Region roads next year, and it could result in a 73% tax increase. With this in mind, council must apply greater scrutiny to spending and focus budget discussions on needs – not wants. The family that is short money should not be going to the movies every week. We can grow, but cautiously.

Kate Hepworth: Growth in Ward 1 MUST be carefully assessed. There are settlement area boundaries for a reason. If the growth can happen within the SAB without causing impacts to residents and infrastructure then it might be possible, however, Ward 1 has already had growth attempted and now sits at OLT, there is more on the way, we must be diligent and residents have every right to speak to it. You cannot promote an area for tourism, then cover it in cement.

Tom Sweeney: Ward 1 and its’ natural beauty is the jewel in the crown of Peel. I will strive to protect what we have here. This means ensuring that development takes place within urban boundaries, and is not building for the sake of building. Each application, (which there will be) must be carefully studied to safeguard that it is first, within urban boundaries, that there is sufficient water and septic capabilities and that it doesn’t negatively affect the surroundings.

Kate Hepworth: Being prepared for the future. There is a tendency to be reactive instead of proactive. The Town of Caledon has growth coming, but are we prepared? One major item that comes to mind is EMS, I do not see anyone advocating for an increase in staff. Municipalities around us are also growing and that can stretch the EMS resources to the detriment of our residents. Again, this is another topic that will take more than 700 characters to explain.

Tom Sweeney: The Town of Caledon needs desperately to look forward at the start of the 413 construction and resulting aggregate flow out of our community to the work site. Environmental Defense reports an estimate of 130,000 loads of aggregate for the 413 and Bradford Bypass. We already suffer from truck traffic and the damage to the roads. The 61% of the Aggregate Levy that the Town receives has amounted to less than $400,000 in recent years. This does not pay for the damage caused by current trucking, and with future development and 413 trucking, our roads will suffer. We need to advocate to the province for more of a share, or an increase to the levy to match current costs.

Christina Early: My top priority as Mayor will be managing Caledon’s growth responsibly. Growth must be supported by the roads, fire and emergency services, recreation, parks and other infrastructure our communities need, while protecting our groundwater, farmland, natural environment and the character of Caledon.

I will advocate for the infrastructure funding Caledon needs, insist on responsible planning, meaningful public consultation and ensure taxpayer dollars are carefully managed.

Christina Early: I know Caledon because it has been my home for 30 years. I raised my family here, have been active in our community, served in leadership roles with Caledon Community Services and Credit Valley Conservation, and spent eight years representing residents at the Town and Region of Peel.

Before public service, I spent more than 30 years building and leading successful businesses, learning financial responsibility, collaboration and good decision making.

Two terms on Council have given me a deep understanding of our communities and the challenges ahead. I know Caledon, I understand what makes our communities unique, and I have the experience to lead from day one.

Major decisions affecting Caledon should be made at the Council table, where every elected member and every community has a voice.

I believe the concentration of decision-making authority in one office has weakened democracy and contributed to division at Council. As Mayor, I will work with the full Council, encourage open and respectful debate, and make decisions as transparently as possible.

Democracy and accountability must be returned to Caledon.

Christina Early: Council will not always agree, and that is healthy. What matters is how we work through those disagreements.

As Mayor, I will set a respectful and professional tone, ensure every member of Council has the opportunity to be heard, and encourage open discussion before decisions are made. Just as importantly, I will ensure residents have meaningful opportunities to be heard and that their voices are considered in the decisions we make.

My job as Mayor will be to bring people together, respect different perspectives and lead a Council that can disagree without becoming divided.

Christina Early: Keeping property taxes affordable starts with disciplined budgeting. I will review spending and service levels, look for efficiencies, prioritize essential services and infrastructure, and ensure value for every tax dollar.

I will protect reserves and use them for their intended purpose, not as a routine way to balance the budget or artificially lower taxes.

As Caledon grows, new growth must contribute its fair share toward the infrastructure and services it requires. I will pursue available development and government funding so costs are not unfairly shifted onto existing taxpayers. We must make responsible decisions today that do not leave taxpayers with a larger bill tomorrow.

Christina Early: Growth must be carefully planned to protect the land, water and communities that define Caledon.

I will insist planning decisions are supported by sound environmental and groundwater science, protect prime agricultural land and natural heritage, and include meaningful public consultation.

My record demonstrates this commitment. I opposed the 12 fast-tracked zoning applications and the Swan Lake proposal, pushed for stronger testing, monitoring and accountability for soil brought to Caledon to protect our groundwater and environment. As Mayor, I will continue to ask the difficult questions and stand up for responsible planning that protects what makes Caledon unique.

Christina Early: Transparency starts with residents knowing what Town Hall is doing before decisions are made.

As Mayor, I will communicate regularly and ensure residents are engaged early, not after decisions have already been shaped. I will encourage Town staff to meet residents in their communities, listen to concerns and bring that input into the decision-making process.

I will work to keep Council business in public wherever possible, using closed session only when necessary and permitted. Residents should see how their input was considered, how taxpayer dollars are spent and why decisions were made.

8. What is one challenge facing Caledon that you believe deserves more attention? How will you move this forward?

Christina Early: One challenge that deserves more attention is the impact of traffic congestion, truck traffic and road safety; these are the concerns I hear most often across Caledon. People are frustrated with traffic and worried about safety on roads never designed for today’s volumes.

As Mayor, I will advance transportation improvements that are effective and financially responsible, while working with the OPP and Town bylaw on enforcement.

Not every expensive road proposal is the right solution. We need investments that solve real problems, provide value for taxpayers and address different transportation needs across Caledon.

Christina Early: Residents should measure my success by results. Are our roads safer and traffic moving better? Has infrastructure kept pace with growth? Are taxpayer dollars being managed responsibly? Are residents being heard and receiving the service they expect?

Early in the term, I will work with Council to establish a clear work plan with measurable targets and regular public reporting. I will restore a focus on service excellence, including resident feedback to measure how well the Town is delivering services and where we need to improve.

If we fall behind, residents should know why and what we are doing about it. Success means delivering on our commitments and being accountable for the results.
