Tech Help @ Home

Have a specific technology question?  Sign up for our 1-1 support, Tech Help @ Home.  Complete this form and one of our knowledgeable staff will be in touch to help with your problem either by phone, email or Zoom video chat.

Please note that we reserve the right to determine if your technology needs can be met by Caledon Public Library staff. If we are not able to help with a specific technology question, we may be able to suggest alternative resources in the community. Our Tech Team is not able to help with computer or hardware repairs or provide ongoing appointments to be used as tutoring sessions.

We’re always happy to answer your tech questions at any of our branches and are pleased to offer two options for more detailed IT support. One-on-one friendly assistance and advice for your device, whatever it may be. Drop by the Community Corner on the main floor at the Albion Bolton branch.

Digital Drop-In (Cancelled until further notice)

Drop in to the library to get tech help from our tech expert and explore something new each visit with the “tech of the day”. 

Zoom Made Easy

We moved some of our programs and services online, and we’re using a tool called Zoom to let you attend them from the comfort of your own home. Every online program we offer will include a Zoom link, whether you find it here on our Facebook page, or in the calendar on our website. Click on the Zoom link when the program is scheduled to begin, and join the fun!

Don’t have a good internet connection? No problem! We’ll also include a phone number and meeting code so that you can dial in on your phone. If you’ve never used Zoom before and are wondering what to expect, check out this short demonstration.
