The results demonstrate the important role library technology plays in people’s lives. Here are just a few highlights from the survey findings:
- 57.6% of respondents reported that the library gave them access to technology they would not otherwise have had
- 58.7% reported increased digital literacy, strengthening lifelong learning
- 67.8% reported using library technology services for educational activities
- 68.8% of the people who used library technology to develop job skills reported success in finding employment
